This systematic review aimed to identify and critically evaluate the available evidence of appropriate moment perform tooth whitening in conventional orthodontic patients. A MEDLINE SciELO databases from inception February 2021 was carried out by two independent reviewers. Randomized clinical trials, non-randomized case-control, cohort, cross-sectional, case-series reviews that focused on application during or after treatment were considered for inclusion. The primary outcome defined as during/after treatment. secondary included time days bracket debonding which performed. Risk bias analysis performed each study findings synthesized a narrative summary. total 4 randomized 1 trial 3 qualitative synthesis.
